Ask RefrigeratorRaid.com a question!
Which burns more calories--running or swimming? Do you have to sweat to get a good workout? Does yoga count as weight bearing exercise? Is "ground turkey" just as healthy as "ground turkey breast"?
If you have a question about diet, fitness, or weight loss, submit it directly to us by email.
We'll occasionally feature a question--and the answer--on RefrigeratorRaid.com.
And if we don't immediately know the answer, we'll research it until we do!

Hi! I read your site everyday! I work out on the elliptical for 45 minutes 4 days a week. I do my weights 3 times for about 30 minutes. I'm 5ft 3, slender frame and around 110lbs. I eat about 1200 cal's a day. Is this enough? I don't want my body to be in "starvation mode", but I don't want to gain weight eating more cal's either. I work so hard to burn calories, that it seems like if I upped my cal's that it would all be for nothing. I want to maintain this weight, but get more lean. Am I doing too much cardio, and not enough weights? Should I be eating more?
Thanks!

You know, this makes a lot more sense than my weekly Flip These Questions. I stopped doing that because of the quick turnaround time, I never had enough time to find the answers! Promising to occasionally feature a question is a great solution to my problem. I will probably steal this idea. ;-)

Hello,
I run the web site http://www.la-personal-trainer.com
I have been looking at your website and really like it. I was wondering if I could get listed with your site. As you know, reciprocal linking benefits both of us by raising our search rankings and generating more traffic to both of our sites. I am a personal trainer in Los Angeles offering weight loss, body sculpting, diet, nutrition, exercise and health programs.
Thanks, and have an awesome week!
Webmaster

Is there a site available where you can get a reliable list for counting calories and carbs?
Trying to plan meals on the go is very difficult. Are there any helps for planning meals available?
